St. Patrick Athletic Association (SPAA) offers CYO sports for children who are St. Patrick parishioners, attend St. Patrick School, and who are parisioners at surrounding parishes that do not offer sports. Various sports are offered through SPAA.

CURRENT REGISTRATION FOR WINTER SPORTS:

GIRLS & BOYS BASKETBALL | CHEER & TWIRL REGISTRATION!
Registration for our Winter Sports, Basketball (5th – 8th grade boys & girls) and Cheer/Twirl (1st -4th grade girls) will be held outside the St. Patrick Gymnasium on: 

Saturday (9/9) 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Sunday (9/10) 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Wednesday (9/13) 2:30 – 3:30 pm

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE TO CYO RULES:
The Catholic Youth Organization of the Archdiocese of Detroit rule change:  Participants may NOT play volleyball/soccer for CYO and another team such as travel league, recreational or any other league play in the same sport during the same season.

Please note: 
Eligibility / Limited Team Membership: 
1. A player may not be registered simultaneously with more than one (1) team of the same sport in the CYO League. After a player has been listed on a team, he/she may not be transferred to another team within the same Parish/School CYO program without permission from the CYO office. 

2. A student who, after participating in an athletic contest as a member of a CYO athletic team, participates in any athletic competition in the same sport during the same season, is ineligible. This rule applies specifically to Junior High School, Middle School, Recreation Leagues, P.A.L. Teams, Michigan Youth Teams, AAU Teams/Leagues or any other organized league including organized neighborhood leagues.

Men’s Open Gym

Basketball open gym is held on Wednesday and Sunday evenings from 8:30pm to 10:00pm. Please feel free to join us for fun and exercise. All men of the Parish are welcome to attend. Just bring your shoes and a desire to play.
 
 

Men's Basketball League - Session 2

Teams are Forming Now!

Registration is now being accepted for our next season of Sunday night Men’s Basketball League.  Teams can have up to 10 players.  See the link below for the complete league rules.  The cost for each team to play in the league is $300, plus referee fees per game. 

If you are interested in putting together a team and playing in the league, please contact Kris Gibson at kris_gibson@sbcglobal.net, or Brandon Voss at stpatsrecleagues@gmail.com.  

Each team will need to submit a Team Roster.  Every player must sign a Player Waiver Form.  Please see the links below.
