Faith Formation

"The desire for God is written in the human heart, because man is created by God and for God; and God never ceases to draw man to himself." -Catechism of the Catholic Church, 27

Each of us has a natural tendency to know and love God who created us. As Catholics, we are given the incredible opportunity to get to know God better through various Faith Formation programs. From our first moment to our last, it is never too early or too late to grow our personal relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ.

At St. Patrick Catholic Church, we offer faith formation programs aimed at promoting knowledge of our Catholic faith and the meaning of the Liturgy and Sacraments; promoting the moral formation according to the teachings of Jesus; and to promote a missionary spirit that prepares the faithful to be present as Christians in society. Whether you are just curious about understanding Catholicism or are looking for a program for yourself or your children, we have a program to suit everyone.

Our Religious Education program for preschool-5th grade is designed to help young children begin to understand and live their faith with fun and engaging activities. They will learn about the life of Jesus Christ, what it means to be a Christian and how to pray with Christ.

Our Youth Ministries program for Middle and High Schoolers offers young people the opportunity to put their faith in action as they learn to be disciples of Christ within their community. They will learn how generousity and service can positively impact their lives and the lives of those around them.

Our Adult Faith Formation programs are designed for adults who are seeking to deepen their faith or who are just curious about understanding the Catholic faith. The RCIA program is an in-depth series designed for those who may be interested in converting to the Catholic faith, but is also a wonderful opportunity for 'cradle Catholics' to get to know their faith better. We also offer a weekly Rosary we pray together as a community and several Bible Studies.
