On Saturday, October 17th, teens from St. Patrick, along with some adult volunteers, completed yard clean-ups for 11 homes in our area. Some were homes of parishioners and others were just those inneed of able bodies. We began our day in prayer; worked at area home sites; made cards for elderly, essential workers, those who are mourning a loss, and our vetrans; picked up trash and prayed for the dead at our chapel's cemetery; and we even had a group of teens working from their homes makeing blankets for children in the hospital, making "Plarn" (plastic yarn grocery bags) to be made into mats for the homeless, and calling parishioners to say "Hi" and check-in. Through these acts of service, we were able to bring the gospel messge to others. Thanks to all who gave thier time and talents to be God's hands and feet in the White Lake community!
